What is your lead time?Drawings are typically issued by the Friday of your booking week. If multiple projects are sent at once, allow up to 2 weeks. Generally, we book projects 1–2 weeks ahead, though lead times may be longer during busy periods. Pre-bookings are available to help you plan ahead.

How do we communicate with you?You can reach us via WhatsApp or email. If a call is needed, we’ll provide a link to schedule it at your convenience.

What is your turnaround on revisions?We aim to complete revisions within two working days of your request
